Card Payments:

For Online Card Payments we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Online Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

Please note, As you know we cover your one side shipping, but on refund that will be deduction.

It’s important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by House of Pinks when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 15 days of receipt.

 Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.

We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

For USA orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 15 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging and in mint condition without any damage.

We do not accept returns on Swimwear, Accessories, Jewelry & Masks for sanitary reasons.

Any item which is rejected by QC team upon return will be marked as return rejected and customer will be informed accordingly. In case customer wants to get the item redelivered then shipping has to be paid by customer.

 For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 28 days of date shown on the dispatch note.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to support@houseofpinks.us and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 28 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

SALE ITEMS:

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours either over email or what's app.

Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

PROCESSING TIME:

We process all of our returns within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 to 78 hours from the time of your request.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories due to sanitary reasons.

HOUSE OF PINKS will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

By processing your order payment and completing an order with us,  you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

As a customer of House of Pinks you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm.

All USA orders take approx 3-4 working days. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday 4pm Pacific time to receive by Friday at the latest. 

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

DELIVERY SERVICE

All our deliveries are handled by FedEx and UPS.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. 

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

Additional Information:

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends and Ramadan.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, House of Pinks cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to either accept or decline high-value orders. In the event that the order value exceeds a specific threshold, we will apply different shipping charges, which we will inform you about before issuing the invoice.
