Card Payments:
For Online Card Payments we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Online Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
Please note, As you know we cover your one side shipping, but on refund that will be deduction.
It’s important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by House of Pinks when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 15 days of receipt.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.
We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.
Credit notes can only be used in our online store.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
For USA orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 15 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging and in mint condition without any damage.
We do not accept returns on Swimwear, Accessories, Jewelry & Masks for sanitary reasons.
Any item which is rejected by QC team upon return will be marked as return rejected and customer will be informed accordingly. In case customer wants to get the item redelivered then shipping has to be paid by customer.
For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 28 days of date shown on the dispatch note.
International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to support@houseofpinks.us and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.
If a shipment remains in customs for more than 28 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.
